cutco scam

Cutco scam

Now what is cutco? Cutco is just a brand of kitchen knives, and sharp utensils. Vector Marketing is the company that sells Cutco products so nothing unusual here. But WAIT; those of you who clicked on this are wondering about the sales, and commissions. As far as the feedback received, and their services, Vector Marketing seems like a well, and fine place to work at. Now to using their products as sales that is a different story so what is the cutco scam?

The cutco scam products

First off you have your products. As any company, they will say how great, functional, and high quality their products are. Cutco sells kitchen knives, and to be honest, these are real expensive mother of pearl knives. And I don't mean these are made of pearl, depending on the product they'll use some nice quality stainless steel, and what not. There's somewhat of the right amount of feel, weight, and sharpness to some of their knives, but man, $100+ for some of these don't seem worth it. Not to mention that it's not high quality as it takes short cuts alike not forging its knives, and using lower grade material. So as a sales representative what will you do with these knives? Well here comes everyone shouting "Cutco scam," because we're gonna see where the deal comes from.

Cutco scam, opportunity

For the cutco scam you're asked to sell, and maybe give a presentation, and a demonstration of the product infront of a crowd. Aside from that you are highly told to only recruit people close to you like family. Once again this is sales representation, and not a vector marketing employee. Oh, and your presentation is with Cutco knives inwhich the seller paid for. And now we go to the money making potential; to get paid you need commissions which you get from recruiting those around you, you are given some training methods after you paid for the training methods, and your pay can be around $50 per hour presentation at 10-15%. Now that is the cutco scam

Cutco scam ending

So what is the cutco scam really? Well, in a way it kind of poops on the sales rep in so many ways to make people not want to deal with. As the year 2013 unless Cutco, and its cutco scam gives better deals then the majority of its users should move on to better benefitting markets.

how was that?
